We Use the Latest Techniques to Build Sturdy, Energy Efficient Homes

Houses build with ICF technology are very sturdy and energy efficient.

LaBarge Homes knows how to build sound structures that can withstand the damp, salty air on Cape Cod. We also stay on the leading edge of engineering and building techniques and materials that are durable, cost efficient and environmentally friendly.

We’re one of the only builders in the area using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) technology. Structures built with this technique are quieter, stronger and energy-efficient. Many LEED certified buildings use this technique.

And, since a home built using this technology is made of concrete, it is highly resistant to fire and the ravages of New England’s wet, stormy weather.

Not all of our construction uses ICF, and it might not be the right technique for your building project. But it’s an example of the high level of expertise and skill we offer at LaBarge Homes.
